Location: Bangkok / Hybrid

Salary: Up to 120,000 THB (base, depending on
experience & performance)

We are hiring a Sales Team Leader for a fast-growing technology
solutions provider specialising in:

  • Custom-built Software
    Solutions
  • Cloud Platforms
  • DevSecOps Solutions

This role is ideal
for a hands-on sales leader with a proven background in custom software solution sales, strong team leadership, and deep
understanding of the IT solution sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a
    sales team with direct reports, ensuring consistent performance and growth
  • Take ownership of revenue
    targets and drive sustainable sales growth
  • Manage the end-to-end
    IT solution sales cycle
    : lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and deal
    closure
  • Proactively generate your own
    leads (no inbound leads provided)
  • Support and close complex,
    high-value deals
  • Work closely with technical
    and delivery teams to propose suitable custom-built, cloud, and DevSecOps
    solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3
    years of experience in leading and managing Sales teams
    , with a proven track record
    of achieving revenue and growth targets
  • Must-have
    experience in selling Custom-built / Tailor-made Software Solutions
    (Candidates with experience limited to off-the-shelf or packaged
    software will not be considered)
  • Ability to clearly state sales
    revenue from custom-built software solutions over the past 3 years
  • Strong understanding of IT solution
    sales cycles
    ,
    from lead generation and qualification through to proposal, negotiation,
    and deal closure
  • Basic
    knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    and the ability to
    communicate effectively with technical teams
  • Strong hunter mindset with
    the ability to source and manage leads independently
  • Excellent communication,
    presentation, and stakeholder management skills
