Customer Service Representative

Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Lexus of Sacramento is looking for a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Service Department team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing appointments, and creating a positive service experience from start to finish.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for service customers, assisting with scheduling, communication, and widespread support while ensuring every guest receives exceptional care.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming service department calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, confirmations, and follow-up needs.
  • Direct inquiries to Service Advisors and other appropriate team members.
  • Assist with appointment management and customer records.
  • Support the Service Department with administrative and customer service tasks.
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
