The Junior Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and presenting operational and project data to support informed decision-making. The role works closely with project teams to ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting standards, and develop dashboards that monitor project performance and productivity.

• Collect, consolidate, and validate operational and project performance data from multiple sources.
• Clean, organize, and maintain datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports for Project Directors and management.
• Analyze site productivity and performance trends, identifying key insights and improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain standardized templates for data collection and reporting.
• Conduct regular site visits to support data collection processes and guide site personnel on proper data recording and maintenance.
• Monitor data quality and follow up with project teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain databases and reporting files, ensuring information is up to date and readily accessible.
• Prepare periodic management reports and ad hoc analyses as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to reporting processes and data management practices.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager

• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory), including:
• Data cleaning and validation
• Power Query
• Pivot Tables and lookup functions
• Dashboard creation and reporting
• Experience with Power BI (preferred).
• Exposure to HCM/HRMS implementation projects (desirable).

Professional Competencies

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
