Key Responsibilities:

• Handle physical bunker procurement for ships, including supplier sourcing and price negotiations.

• Evaluate suppliers and manage contractual agreements to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Conduct market analysis to support strategic purchasing decisions.

• Manage procurement documentation and contract execution.

• Liaise effectively with both local and overseas suppliers, including Chinese counterparts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bunker or marine fuel procurement.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese is required to communicate with suppliers.
