JOB OVERVIEW

KLAAST is a rapidly growing US e-commerce brand ($10M+ Revenue in 2025). We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead our expansion in the US market for 2026.

YOUR ROLE

Partnership Development: Identify and recruit content creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) in the Home Improvement / DIY niche.

Team Management: Manage our affiliate community (Discord), ensuring high engagement and providing sales assets to partners.

Strategy: Optimize affiliate offers and coach partners on how to sell to our core demographic (Homeowners).

COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $2,000/month guaranteed base.

Commission: Uncapped overrides on team sales volume.

OTE (On-Target Earnings): $60,000 - $200,000+ per year based on performance.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in Affiliate Management or Business Development.

Strong understanding of the US digital market.

Ability to work fully remote and manage your own schedule.
