Location: Belgium (50% remote, 50% on-site)
Are you a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Expert and Project Manager? Do you have a knack for creating effective digital strategies and driving business growth? We're looking for a talented professional to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team.
What You'll Do:
Lead Digital Projects: Manage the digital marketing roadmap and backlog for various marketing initiatives.
Coach & Support: Guide marketing managers on the best use of digital platforms and tools (websites, newsletters, etc.).
Boost Online Visibility: Develop and implement strategies for SEO, SEM, and social media to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Optimize Performance: Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Manage Content: Oversee the structure and lifecycle of content on our digital platforms, ensuring it's optimized for both users and search engines.
Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and IT teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or project management.
Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, agile methodologies, and project management. Experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, Figma, Semrush, and Content Square is a plus.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Languages: Must be fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Education: A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
