Description

Corin Australia is seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to join our passionate sales team in Victoria. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the achievement of sales objectives by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing relationships within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Have responsibility over your territory’s budget achievement and other relevant KPIs
  • Become well-versed in Corin's full product range, including implants and technology, to effectively meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with both local and national sales teams to develop and execute strategic territory plans
  • Provide in-theatre support, including the maintenance and use of instruments and products
  • Lead educational workshops and in-service training on the safe and effective use of Corin products
  • Be responsible for various consignment agreements, Purchase Orders, bookings and other administrative tasks within your territory.
  • Support your customers and colleagues with out of hours/ on call rosters as required

About You
You bring experience in the medical device industry, ideally within orthopaedics or sports medicine, and have a deep understanding of customer needs. Your ability to align Corin’s offerings with customer objectives will be key in driving service excellence and positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, health sciences, or a relevant field
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to work autonomously and stay self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively build relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders
  • Ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Comprehensive industry knowledge, including awareness of competitors, client needs, and market trends
  • Proven sales ability demonstrating maintaining clients and building new business
  • A flexible approach to work, with the ability to travel up to 70% within the territory
