Job Type
Description
The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will work on the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems for cancer care. A strong emphasis will be on engineering robust, scalable solutions for real-world clinical environments. Projects will involve building and optimizing machine learning models (including deep learning and large language models), developing data pipelines for large-scale, multi-modal clinical datasets (e.g., imaging, EHR, and treatment data), and implementing algorithms into production-ready systems that can be evaluated and used in clinical workflows. The role requires translating research concepts into reliable software tools, ensuring reproducibility, performance, and integration with existing clinical infrastructure. In addition to methodological innovation, the fellow will contribute to system-level design, validation, and deployment of AI-driven decision support tools, working closely with clinicians and technical teams to bring engineered solutions from concept to clinical impact.
