Description
Key Responsibilities
Expense Reimbursement Management
- Administer end-to-end employee expense reimbursement process through Keka platforms
- Review, verify, and process expense claims in line with company policies and approval workflows
- Ensure accuracy of expense reports including receipts, coding, and supporting documentation
- Monitor and track reimbursement cycles to ensure timely payouts
Compliance & Controls
- Enforce company expense policies and ensure compliance with internal audit requirements
- Identify and flag non-compliant or suspicious claims for further review
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and regulatory purposes
- Support internal and external audits related to expense reimbursements
System Administration & Process Optimization
- Manage system configurations, workflows, and user access in Keka
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to integrate and optimize systems
- Ensure data accuracy and synchronization between platforms
Stakeholder & Employee Support
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding expense claims and reimbursements
- Provide training and guidance on expense policies and system usage
- Work closely with managers and approvers to resolve escalations
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in expense management, AP, or finance operations Travel & reimbursement
- Hands-on experience with SAP Concur and/or Keka is highly preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems
- Knowledge of internal audit and compliance frameworks
- Exposure to automation tools or process improvement methodologies
