As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that all solutions meet established standards for quality, scalability, and performance while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive development environment and drive continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience with software architecture design and implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within diverse technical teams.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
