We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team for various projects. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in one of the following languages : German, French, Italian or Flemish (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
