Your Role:

✔ Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general support, and technical troubleshooting.
✔ Communicate effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
✔ Ensure policy compliance while responding to customer requests.
✔ Escalate complex cases when necessary.
✔ Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Work Schedule:

🗓 Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day.
