Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive in a domiciliary care company to join our team in Rainham, Essex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the care sector, with experience in dealing with local authorities and private sector clients to drive business growth and expand our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the domiciliary care sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, private sector clients, and other key stakeholders.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the care industry.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services.

- Monitor and report on business development activities and progress.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development within the care sector, specifically domiciliary care.

- Strong understanding of the domiciliary care industry, including relevant regulations and standards.

- Experience in dealing with local authorities and private sector clients.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
