As a BI Engineer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes and tools to provide exceptional service. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and optimizing managed services processes. Your work will involve analyzing and identifying linkages within systems, taking ownership of projects, and collaborating with team leadership to validate quality and timelines. Responsibilities
- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline client operations
- Overseeing delivery teams to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Implementing process optimization strategies to improve managed services
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations
- Utilizing automation and process improvement techniques to drive operational excellence
- Analyzing system components to identify interactions and optimize performance
- Coaching team members to develop skills and leverage strengths for project success
- Engaging in stakeholder communication to address conflicts and facilitate resolutions
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Encouraging innovation and technology adoption to enhance service delivery
What You Must Have
- Hands on experience in Tableau & Advance SQL
- Working on L2 & L3 Support level,
- Working on Dashboard Development, CSAT, Team Management
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10-13 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
