Your Role
- Provide professional support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot common issues and guide users toward effective solutions
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
What You Bring
- Croatian: C2 level
- English: B2 level or higher
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Adaptability and team spirit in a multicultural environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
