Job Description:

Road Engineer (Roads & Infrastructure)

Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Road Engineer (Roads & Infrastructure) to supervise and coordinate road construction and infrastructure works across project sites in Dubai.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise day-to-day road and infrastructure construction activities.

• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly reports.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Monitor health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.

• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in roads and infrastructure construction projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of road works, drainage work.

• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and RTA requirements and standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
