Job Summary
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day HR function and operation for a 460+ room new 5-star hotel to be opened in July in Hong Kong. Immediate priority is working with the Hotel GM to provide HR solutions for pre-opening.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR function which included but not limited to Talent acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Annual Budgeting, Training & Development, Employee Relation, Performance Management and Payroll Administration, etc.
- Formulate HR policies and guideline in accordance to Group HR direction.
- Responsible for successful implementation of corporate HR initiatives.
- Conduct HR cost and budget analysis, and prepare relevant reports for management review.
- Participate in any HR ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Degree holder of Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of solid HR / C&B experience of which a minimum of 5 years of experience at supervisory level.
- With hotel pre-opening experience is a plus, hands-on HR operation experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill both in English and Chinese; cultural awareness.
- Strong execution, detail oriented.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical sense.
- Able to handle stress and multi-tasking.
- High proficient computers skills in MS Office and HRIS Systems.
