Description
We are looking for a proactive **Project Manager** with **Business Analyst skills** who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills along with hands-on business analysis experience.
## Tasks
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
* Create user stories, workflows, and process diagrams to support requirements.
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders).
* Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
* Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.
## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
* Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
* Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or other project management tools.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Nice to Have**
* Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA).
* Experience working in IT/software development projects.
