Role Overview:
We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer for our inhouse projects at Squaredev.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
- Developing responsive and maintainable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborating with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensuring code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.
- Improving system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Participating in architectural decisions and technical discussions.
- Taking ownership of features from design to production.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience as a fullstack engineer.
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience building APIs in Python (preferably FastAPI).
- Strong experience in frontend development (preferably React & TypeScript)
- Knowledge of backend systems. Auth strategies, task queues, async programming & event loops etc.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, including schema design, indexing and performance optimization.
- Comfortable writing tests (unit and/or end-to-end).
- Experience with Git.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with AI-assisted code generation tools.
- Experience with Node.js.
- Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
