Description

  1. Overseeing and managing a team responsible for promoting and selling LAP products to potential customers.
  2. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.
  4. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development and finance to drive business growth and profitability.
  1. Acquisition of business through Branch channel.
  2. Liaise with underwriting / Ops team to ensure E2E tracking of files from sourcing to disbursal.
  3. Ensure superior customer service & TAT delivery to end consumer.
  4. Will be responsible for the cross-sell of the Bank's Liability and Revenue products.
  5. Will be responsible for the Monthly assigned Sales targets for LAP business.
  6. Responsible for business origination from branch channel and Open Market.
  7. Prior Sales exposure in Assets product is a must. Job requires good communication and relationship skills.
  8. Job entails understanding of basic financial terminology and application - Balance Sheet, P&L.
  9. Orientation towards sales as well as customer service.
  10. Branch Channel handling experiences

Experience: 2 to 7 years.

Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialization)
