Department Overview

The Software Development team at Motorola Solutions R&D Center focuses on delivering high-quality software solutions. We provide a
professional and agile environment for engineering practices.

Job Description

This is a 1-month, observation and learning-focused internship. The intern will shadow the software development team to understand the daily operations, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and the professional environment of an R&D center. Note: There are no project deliverables or coding tasks required. The focus is strictly on learning and observation.

Basic Requirements

• Currently a student with a strong interest in Technology or Computer Science.
• Eagerness to learn and observe professional software engineering workflows.
• Good observation and communication skills
