Job brief
Leading Financial Services company requires an Agile Delivery Lead/ Scrum Master for a permanent role based in Cape Town.
Responsibilities
- Drive Agile practices within the squad and across the organisation
- Maximize the time and cognitive load in the team invested towards team objectives and delivery
- Optimise team meetings and ceremonies for performance enhancement
- Support seamless cascading from missions to sprint tasks
- Ensure the squad works smarter and ensure alignment, flow, and continuous improvement across every sprint and initiative
Requirements
- Matric
- IT Degree or Diploma
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead/ Scrum Master, preferably within a Financial Services industry
- Scrum Master certification advantageous
- Expertise in Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid approaches
