Key Facts: SAP Security & Authorization, SAP S/4HANA, GRC Access Control (SoD, ARM, ARA), License Management & Optimization, S/4 Transformation, Workstream Lead, SAP BTP & Cloud Identity, Baden / Hybrid.

Main tasks:

• Own SAP User Access Management across ECC and S/4HANA (roles, profiles, authorizations) following least-privilege principles
• Drive SAP GRC Access Control processes (ARM, ARA, remediation) and enforce SoD compliance
• Lead security design within S/4HANA (Phoenix), ensuring security is embedded in all solution phases
• Monitor security logs, investigate incidents, and coordinate with SAP Basis and infrastructure teams
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audits with proper documentation and controls
• Continuously improve SAP security governance, processes, and overall security posture
• Own SAP license management, measurement, and optimization across platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams; provide guidance and training on SAP security topics

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience in SAP Security / Authorization in ECC and S/4HANA environments
• Strong expertise in SAP security architecture, PFCG role design, authorization concepts, and GRC Access Control
• Experience leading security workstreams in large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs
• Solid knowledge of SAP BTP Security, SAP Cloud Identity Services, and SAP IAG
• Experience with GRC migrations (NetWeaver to S/4HANA), role redesign, and authorization clean-ups
• Familiarity with Xiting tools (or willingness to learn)
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX) and audit processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
