This role will be responsible for the FP&A and finance BP of Fluke Japan legal entity.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work on annual P&L and working capital plan
2. Monthly P&L rolling forecast and working capital rolling forecast
3. Monthly P&L closing and finance analysis
4. Price setting and maintenance
5. Cost maintenance and annual re-cost analysis
6. Expenses control
7. Any financial support that the commercial leader needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and above. 7+ years 'finance and accounting working experience, at least 3 years' FP&A experience. CPA/ACCA/ACA is plus.
2. Fluent in both English and Japanese, both orally and in writing.
3. Advanced skills in MS Excel, Power BI, familiar with ERP system, Oracle experience is plus.
