Description

As a Financial Analyst Officer 3, you will provide essential operational support to Portfolio Managers across our alternative asset funds (PE, RE, Private Debt, FCPE) and securitization activities. Working under their supervision, you will prepare comprehensive analyses, financial models, and reporting documentation to support investment decisions and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do: 

  • You'll prepare comprehensive due diligence files for investment targets, underlying funds, and securitization operations; draft preparatory notes and presentations for investment committees and governance bodies, incorporating financial analysis, risk assessment, legal, and ESG considerations.
  • You'll collect and maintain portfolio data; update Excel-based financial models and valuation memoranda in accordance with established policies; prepare supporting materials for valuation committees and integrate feedback from Portfolio Managers and Risk/Compliance functions.
  • You'll contribute to management reports covering market analysis, portfolio performance, and ESG/SFDR disclosures; prepare regulatory reporting elements (AIFM, PRIIPs, etc.) in coordination with internal teams and depositaries; ensure data quality and audit trail integrity.
  • You'll maintain performance dashboards for funds and holdings; analyze performance variances against benchmarks and business plans; manage fund lifecycle documentation including capital calls, distributions, and commitment tracking in liaison with operations and accounting teams.
  • You'll analyze credit portfolios including scoring and default monitoring; update cash flow models and validate assumptions; monitor operational triggers and covenants (OC, IC, DSCR, concentration); prepare investor and stakeholder reports in coordination with internal functions.

Qualifications

About You:

  • You will have a solid understanding of alternative asset fund operations (Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, FCPE, and Securitisation).
  • You will demonstrate mastery of analysis and valuation tools, including Excel, financial modelling, and market data interpretation.
  • You will have experience in regulatory reporting (AIFM, PRIIPs, SFDR) and performance monitoring
  • You will be capable of preparing comprehensive due diligence files and committee notes with rigorous analysis.
  • You will possess a strong sense of internal control and documentation rigour, including traceability and audit trail integrity.
  • You will ideally have prior exposure to portfolio management or portfolio analysis in a financial services environment.
