Position Summary

The GMDS Collecting business data from the order to cash workflow and implementing high integrity master data within our corporate ERP systems to support business needs. The global master data steward is the focal point for the process related to ongoing maintenance and change management of the master data.

Key Responsibilities

• Data elements that the GMDS may be responsible for include: Product, Product Hierarchies, Customer, Vendor, Pricing and Rebates.

• The GMDS interacts with a wide variety of people, tools and situations and must routinely achieve quick and accurate results in order to provide solid support across the enterprise.

• The GMDS analyzes structure, creates and maintains data in support of new and/or existing systems.

• They ensure master data remains consistent and accurate across ERP systems • They ensure timely fulfillment of business requests

• The global data steward performs data maintenance as required, including downloads from AX, creation/execution of queries, data analysis, audits and other data integrity maintenance functions

Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated leadership and project participation skills.

• Well handling of the Microsoft tools

• A good working knowledge of ERP.

• Supply Chain planning knowledge is a plus

• Must be results oriented, decisive, proactive and focused with good attention to detail.

• Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and always work with a team work ethic.

• Significant analytical skills, combining good technical knowledge with good balance and judgement relating to all the OTC business processes, with an emphasis on customer order management, supply chain management and logistics and how master data interacts with the business processes.

• Fluent English language mandatory, other language skills desirable
