In this role, you will serve as a vital link for our passengers, addressing inquiries across live chat, email, and phone channels. Core Responsibilities: What You Will Do
As our dedicated German-speaking representative, your primary mission will be guiding and assisting travelers through every step of their journey. Your day-to-day duties will involve:
- Elevating Customer Care: Delivering top-tier, polite assistance across phone, email, chat, and social media platforms, turning complex inquiries into positive experiences.
- Managing Itineraries: Handling new reservations, processing cancellations, and executing precise modifications or rescheduling requests for flight bookings.
- Providing Travel Insights: Acting as a knowledgeable resource by advising passengers on destination details, current travel warnings, and global visa or customs requirements.
- Resolving Operational Hurdles: Troubleshooting real-time travel disruptions, including ticketing errors, baggage issues, and specific on-board requests to ensure smooth transit.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with internal departments—such as ground operations and flight coordinators—to quickly resolve escalated or complex situations.
- Meticulous Record-Keeping: Logging all guest interactions, issues, and resolutions into our CRM system with high accuracy.
- Staying Current: Participating in ongoing training to keep up with evolving airline policies, safety updates, and travel sector trends.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Status: Full-time (40 hours weekly).
- Shift Pattern: Rotating rosters operating Monday through Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00, with 2 scheduled rest days per week.
Salary & Employee Benefits
Gross Base Salary Evolution:
- Month 1 (Initial Training): €885.40
- Months 2 to 6 (Probation Window): €1,425.60
- Month 7 Onward (Post-Probation): €1,596.00
- Month 13+: An updated base salary tier plus a performance reward of €1,540.00.
