Task and Responsibilities

- Handling Customers Via Email, Chatting and calls

- Respond to customer's Inquiries

- Resolve Customer's Complains

- Follow up with Customers

Job Requirements

- Fluent in German C1 up to C2

- Graduates, Gap Years & Dropped outs

- Egyptians & Foreigners are welcomed to apply

- Highly committed profiles

- Previous experience in German accounts is a plus

- Excellent communication skills

- Rotational Working hours 9 working hours including 75 mins break

- Rotational days off ( Two days off per week)

- Work location: 100% work from home

- Net Salary: 25,630 k C1 / 31,430 C2 + KPIS + Commission
