We're Hiring: Customer Care Specialist (German)
Location: Fully Remote (Work from home) Based in Montenegro
Type: Full-time, Indefinite contract
Are you fluent in German and have a keen eye for detail? Join us as a Customer Care Specialist and play a key role in managing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with vendorsall from the comfort of your home in Montenegro!
What Youll Do:
- Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts
- Accurately enter invoice details in financial or ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
- Maintain detailed records and manage invoice-related queries with vendors and internal teams
What Were Looking For:
- Native/fluent in German (verbal and written)
- Based in Montenegro (able to work legally without sponsorship)
- Experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles
- Great organizational and communication skills
Work schedule: Shift rotation, Monday to Sunday
