Location: Fully Remote (Work from home) Based in Montenegro
Type: Full-time, Indefinite contract

What Youll Do:

• Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts
• Accurately enter invoice details in financial or ERP systems
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
• Maintain detailed records and manage invoice-related queries with vendors and internal teams

What Were Looking For:

• Native/fluent in German (verbal and written)
• Based in Montenegro (able to work legally without sponsorship)
• Experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles
• Great organizational and communication skills

Work schedule: Shift rotation, Monday to Sunday
