Job Summary
The Sales Lead is responsible for driving aggressive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, leading high-performing sales teams, and managing end-to-end sales operations. This role focuses on closing high-value real estate deals, expanding local and international sales networks, and implementing innovative and cost-efficient sales strategies. The position also plays a key role in coaching teams, strengthening broker relationships, and aligning digital lead-generation efforts to maximize conversion and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets, market trends, and budget considerations.
Identify new business opportunities and expansion channels to drive sustainable growth.
Adapt sales plans and execution strategies based on market performance and operational constraints.
Sales Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance targets consistently.
Set sales goals, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability through coaching and performance management.
Implement incentive programs, commission structures, and recognition initiatives to improve productivity and engagement.
End-to-End Sales Operations
Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
Ensure sales processes are efficient, compliant, and customer-focused.
Maintain accurate sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Client & Broker Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners locally and internationally.
Participate in local and overseas sales events to strengthen networks and generate deal flow.
Maintain a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and long-term partnership management.
Marketing & Lead Generation Alignment
Collaborate with Marketing to maximize digital lead generation and conversion efforts.
Utilize social media, CRM systems, property platforms, and sales funnels to support business growth.
Ensure consistent deal flow through effective online and offline sales initiatives.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and assess buyer behavior trends.
Translate market insights into pricing strategies, sales tactics, and competitive positioning.
Support strategic decision-making through sales analytics and data-driven recommendations.
Sales Readiness & Team Development
Ensure the sales team is equipped with updated product knowledge, pricing, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.
Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Drive operational readiness to improve sales execution and closing efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets across multiple sales cycles.
At least 3–5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or people management role.
Strong experience in real estate sales, preferably handling mid- to high-ticket properties within the ₱3M–₱12M range.
Experience managing local and international client networks, brokers, or overseas sales events is highly preferred.
Working knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, lead funnels, and online sales platforms.
