We are looking
for an experienced National Sales
Manager
to be based Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

Reporting to: Branch
Manager

The National
Sales Manager create added value through selling, Coordinating, follow up and
ensure the sales targets, in accordance to the company sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare
    and implement annual Sales Plan in support of Territory and Corporate
    Objectives.
  • Enforce
    systematic sales management practices with processes and tools applied.
  • Identify
    all major potential customers, including national accounts to establish,
    develop and maintain positive relationships.
  • Organize,
    focus, coach and direct all Sales engineers on growing the business and
    achieving sales budget.
  • Provide
    support, training and mentoring to the Sales force.
  • Track
    performance vs. objective for all Sales Engineers.
  • Direct
    sales for key client project in his area and any other medium size (Above
    1.5 M SAR) project needed to compensate his team’s shortfall.
  • Develop
    local sales budgets in line with the national targets.
  • Develop,
    coordinate and facilitate Territory sales training programs.
  • Maintain
    lead role for initiatives, policies and programs by working closely
    with Superintendents, and Product
    Lines.
  • Develop
    corrective actions where appropriate.
  • Participate
    in the interviewing, and screening and hiring process for all new NI Sales
    engineers.
  • Authorize
    first level pricing escalation.
  • Plan and
    execute any other activity needed to achieve the agreed target

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree
    qualified
  • Minimum 5
    years of experience – should be at Sales Management level now
  • Must have experience in Elevator & Escalator
    companies
  • Excellent
    knowledge of MS applications (Excel – Word - Powerpoint)
  • High
    communication skills
  • High
    management skills
  • People
    orientation
  • High
    follow up skills
  • Saudi & Arab nationals only (in Saudi now)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary to
    be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview
    performance
  • As a guide around 25-30k SAR per month total package
