Job Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and completion of projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with contract requirements
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures
• Prepare progress reports and attend client meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
• Project Management Certification (PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent) is advantage
• Minimum 7–10 years UAE experience in construction or interior fit-out
• Strong leadership, communication, and project control skills
• UAE Driving Mandatory

Monthly Salary Budget:
AED 12,000 to AED 14,000/- plus other benefits
