Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000 (Net Monthly) + Commission
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to support the companys growth initiatives by promoting products and services, increasing brand visibility, and driving sales performance within the construction and real estate sector.
The ideal candidate will assist in identifying market opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. This role is well-suited for an energetic, entry-to-junior level professional looking to build a long-term career in business development and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
Conduct market research to understand target audiences, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Build brand awareness through effective communication, storytelling, and customer engagement initiatives.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to support sales conversion efforts.
Track and analyze campaign and sales performance, recommending areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support overall business goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, campaigns, and customer interactions.
Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of SSCE / WAEC required.
OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Real Estate, or a related field is an added advantage.
0–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a related role (experience in real estate or construction is a plus).
Fresh graduates with strong interest in business development and marketing are encouraged to apply.
