渠道业务开发与管理
负责指定区域汽车修补漆经销商的开发、筛选、签约与赋能,搭建稳定、优质的线下销售渠道网络。
维护现有合作渠道客户,定期走访沟通,跟进客户库存、动销、回款情况,解决渠道销售过程中的产品、售后、政策问题,保障渠道良性运转。
制定渠道销售策略、铺货计划、返利及促销方案,指导经销商开展区域推广、招商及终端下沉工作,提升渠道覆盖率与市场占有率。
管控渠道价格体系,杜绝串货、乱价现象,维护区域市场秩序,保障渠道客户合理利润空间。
主机厂集采项目的门店赢取和销量追踪
全程追踪主机厂集采项目销量数据、供货进度、门店履约情况,梳理项目运营数据,及时排查销量缺口与合作问题,保障集采项目年度、月度销量目标落地,稳固公司主机厂渠道合作份额。
零售终端业务拓展
聚焦终端零售场景,开发汽修门店、美容养护店、一站式钣喷中心、小型维修厂等终端零售客户,对接门店直采、零星采购、长期供货合作。
负责终端客户的产品推介、报价、谈单、签约及复购维护,精准匹配门店钣喷施工的产品需求,完成个人及团队零售销售指标。
收集终端门店使用反馈,同步公司产品优化、新品迭代信息,做好产品试用、推广及落地工作。
业绩目标与数据管理
根据公司年度、季度、月度销售指标,拆解渠道、零售双板块业绩任务,制定个人销售计划,确保销售额、回款率、新客户开发量等核心指标达成。
定期统计销售数据、客户数据、市场竞品数据,输出销售报表、市场分析报告,同步市场价格、竞品活动、客户需求变化,为公司市场策略调整提供依据。
客户服务与品牌维护
对接客户售前咨询、售中跟进、售后协调工作,配合技术部门解决客户调色、施工、产品质量等常见问题,提升客户满意度与复购率。
落地公司品牌推广工作,在渠道及终端市场传递品牌优势、产品核心卖点,维护公司品牌形象,提升区域品牌知名度。
1. Business Channel Development and Management
Responsible for developing, screening, signing, and empowering automotive refinish paint distributors in designated regions, establishing a stable and high-quality offline sales channel network.
Maintain relationships with existing channel partners through regular visits and communication, monitoring inventory levels, sales performance, and payment status, while resolving product, after-sales service, and policy issues to ensure smooth channel operations.
Develop channel sales strategies, product placement plans, rebate programs, and promotional initiatives, guiding distributors in regional marketing, recruiting new partners, and grassroots market penetration to enhance channel coverage and market share.
Manage the channel pricing system to prevent cross-district shipping and price distortions, maintain regional market order, and ensure reasonable profit margins for channel partners.
2. OEM Project/Sales Follow up
Track sales data, supply progress, and store fulfillment status throughout the entire OEM bulk procurement project lifecycle. Analyze operational metrics to promptly identify sales gaps and partnership issues, ensuring annual and monthly sales targets are met and securing the company's share in OEM channel collaborations.
3. Retail Terminal Business Expansion
Focus on retail terminal scenarios, targeting end customers such as auto repair shops, car care and maintenance stores, one-stop body and paint centers, and small-scale repair workshops, establishing direct procurement, sporadic purchasing, and long-term supply partnerships.
Responsible for product promotion, quotation, order negotiation, contract signing, and customer retention with terminal clients, accurately matching their body and paint service needs to achieve individual and team retail sales targets.
Collect feedback from terminal stores, relay product optimization and new product development updates to the company, and effectively manage product trials, promotions, and implementation.
4. Sales Targets and Data Management
Break down annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets by channel and retail segments to establish individual sales plans, ensuring achievement of key metrics such as sales volume, collection rate, and new customer acquisition.
Regularly collect and analyze sales, customer, and market competitor data to generate sales reports and market analysis, while monitoring price trends, competitor activities, and shifts in customer demand to support informed adjustments to the company’s market strategy.
5. Customer Service and Brand Maintenance
Coordinate pre-sales inquiries, mid-sales follow-ups, and after-sales support for customers; collaborate with the technical department to resolve common issues such as color matching, application, and product quality, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.
Implement brand promotion initiatives, effectively communicating the company’s brand strengths and key product features across distribution channels and end markets, maintaining the brand image and increasing regional brand awareness.

- 熟悉汽车修补漆产品体系、产品特性及行业市场行情、竞品体系。
- 具备良好的商务谈判、市场分析、抗压能力,目标感强,能适应短途出差、市场走访。
- 具备优秀的沟通表达、客户维系能力,诚实守信,有良好的职业素养和团队协作意识。
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in automotive or coatings industry; familiar with the automotive body repair market, end-store operations, and channel distribution models. Candidates with established customer resources are preferred.
- Proficient in channel development, dealer maintenance, and retail order negotiation processes; capable of independently expanding markets and building sales networks.
- Familiar with automotive paint product systems, product characteristics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strong business negotiation, market analysis, and stress-resilience skills; highly goal-oriented and able to handle short-term business trips and field visits.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills; honest, trustworthy, with strong professional ethics and team collaboration spirit.
