Role Overview
The Senior Program Regional Lead – Skilling & Partners (EMEA) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving alignment between global skilling strategies and regional execution. This role operates within a complex, matrixed environment to ensure effective delivery of partner skilling initiatives and measurable business impact.

Core Functions
- Design and implement regional skilling frameworks aligned to global priorities
- Drive execution of partner skilling initiatives and ensure measurable outcomes
- Manage stakeholder coordination across global, regional, and partner teams
- Define and track performance scorecards (certifications, adoption, engagement)
- Lead skilling campaigns, prioritization, and pipeline management
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve program impact
- Lead and mentor Program Managers to ensure delivery excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Align regional target plans with global strategy
- Identify and resolve execution gaps across regions
- Ensure visibility and governance of all skilling initiatives
- Monitor and report on success metrics including certifications and adoption

Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in program management / partner ecosystem / skilling
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities
Preferred:
- 3+ years in people management
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Jira
