Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned technical accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans for our technical teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project commitments and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, performance metrics, and enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a related field, ideally within a technical or software environment.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client engagement.
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
