Location: Athens, Greece
Starting Date: Jan/26
Work Model: Remote/On-site

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team for an international customer support project. You will provide high-quality support and ensure a positive customer experience.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
(Rotational shifts)
Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
