Description

Join our team as an IT Support Engineer and help maintain a seamless, secure, and high-performing IT environment. In this role, you will deliver end-to-end IT support and infrastructure management across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, ensuring smooth user operations, secure device lifecycle management, and reliable on-premises systems.
Key responsibilities:
 
  • Provide 1st–3rd level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
  • Provision, image, configure, and maintain end-user workstations and notebooks; manage device lifecycles in Microsoft 365 and identity services.
  • Administer user accounts (onboarding/offboarding, access rights, permissions) and resolve identity and authentication issues.
  • Maintain on-premises infrastructure (servers, storage, networking), including monitoring, backup verification, and IT automation workflows.
  • Track incidents, service requests, and escalations via ticketing systems; ensure timely and clear communication with users throughout resolution.
  • Maintain accurate asset and license inventories and contribute to the upkeep of system documentation and knowledge base articles.

The position is located in Munich, Germany, and offers a hybrid working environment.

  • Prior IT support/helpdesk experience or a relevant internship with hands-on technical exposure.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Windows/macOS/Linux OS management, and core networking and storage concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to follow and document technical procedures accurately.
  • Reliable, highly responsive, and proactive learner, comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving IT environment.
  • Ability to escalate out-of-scope technical issues appropriately and collaborate cross-functionally.
