We are looking for a driven and customer focused Customer Success Manager to our Lifecycle Support and Service team. We want you to take a leading role in promoting and selling our service and maintenance concept to end-customers. In this position, you will directly influence customer satisfaction, revenue growth and long-term adoption of our offering.

You will work in close cooperation with our Sales organization, acting as the link between customer needs and our commercial strategy. If you enjoy customer interaction, presenting value driven solutions and turning opportunities into real business outcomes, this role is for you.

About the position

  • Help customers get the most out of their systems by presenting and promoting VEO’s Lifecycle Support and Service solutions in a way that directly connects to their operational needs and goals.

  • Lead customer meetings and demonstrations that clearly show how our services solve real customer challenges and deliver measurable value.

  • Take ownership of the sales of Lifecycle support and maintenance contracts, providing expert guidance on how our service concept enhances reliability, performance and long-term return on investment.

  • Work closely with the sales organization and other internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and customer-focused approach.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring they feel supported throughout their entire lifecycle.

  • Contribute to pricing, proposals and deal closure by ensuring that service offerings are aligned with customer expectations and deliver evident customer benefits.

  • Collaborate internally with the Lifecycle team as well as Product and Project Management to refine our service concept based on customer feedback, improving the customer experience and strengthening our overall value promise.

About you

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Strong commercial mindset with experience promoting or selling service-based solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric approach.

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluent in Finnish, Swedish, and English (both spoken and written, Norwegian seen as a benefit).
