Formel D is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our automotive operations in York, PA. This role provides critical administrative and office support to Supervisors and Coordinators, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SAP data entry and maintain system updates.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting for operations and leadership.
• Prepare, format, and send proposals.
• Provide general administrative and assistant support, including record keeping, filing, and correspondence.
• Assist with daily office operations to improve efficiency and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office tools.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.

Additional Requirements

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing an employee reference check, criminal background check, drug screening, and a 10-year motor vehicle history check. This is a non-exempt position under FLSA regulations.
