Lead and oversee projects from the consulting and diagnosis phase through to final delivery. Create storyboards, interaction flows, and visual concepts for digital learning experiences. Work on content end-to-end: text, narrative, image, audio, video, and animation. Collaborate closely with designers, developers, animators, consultants, and content specialists. Use authoring tools (Storyline, among others) and contribute to UX and UI decisions applied to eLearning. Apply solid pedagogical principles to design effective, innovative, and user-centered experiences. Ensure pedagogical, aesthetic, and functional consistency across projects.
