Overview：

• supporting the build-up, operation, and continuous improvement of the AI technology platform in China.
• The position primarily focuses on Alibaba Cloud-based AI platform capabilities, while also supporting other AI platforms provided by Group IT.
• ensures stable platform operation, effective technical support, secure usage, and efficient enablement of AI-related services for business and technical stakeholders.

Tasks:

• Support the design, deployment, operation, and maintenance of the China AI technology platform, with a primary focus on Alibaba Cloud-based services.
• Provide technical support for AI platform users and stakeholders, including incident handling, issue analysis, and escalation coordination.
• Support the integration, onboarding, and operation of other AI platforms provided by Group IT as required.
• Assist in configuring, testing, and improving AI platform components, workflows, and service interfaces.
• Ensure platform operations follow security, governance, and compliance requirements, including data and access control awareness.
• Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, business teams, and external service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support records in English and Chinese as needed.
• Continuously learn and apply new AI platform and cloud technologies to support the development of the China AI technology landscape.

Qualifications:

• Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in AI solution design, development, or deployment.
• English Proficiency: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), as frequent and close communication with the German headquarters is required.
• Solid understanding of AI platforms, GenAI capabilities, and related infrastructure components.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, especially Alibaba Cloud; additional experience with other enterprise AI platforms is an advantage.
• Strong awareness of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance requirements in AI and cloud environments.
• Basic to intermediate programming ability, preferably in Python or another relevant scripting language.
• Familiarity with APIs, automation scripts, monitoring tools, and basic system integration concepts.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across IT and business teams..
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, to support communication with regional/global teams and documentation activities
