Role Overview

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.

• Strong understanding of people strategy, organizational development, and culture transformation.

• Experience working within industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments will be an added advantage.

• Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to leadership.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
