This is a customer-service–style role with steady workflow and clear tasks. Your responsibilities include:

  • Confirming and organizing scheduled appointments

  • Talking with members over phone or online meetings

  • Explaining information in a simple, easy-to-understand way

  • Helping members complete online forms and basic digital steps

  • Keeping notes organized and updating records

  • Providing a positive, professional experience during each call
