The Opportunity
This is a rare mandate to lead one of our client's flagship technology accounts across Asia Pacific. The Account Executive (Regional Account Director) owns the relationship, the P&L and the transformation agenda for a 7M+ sq ft, 50+ site portfolio — delivering integrated facilities management and workplace experience to one of the world's most demanding and innovative technology companies.
The client operates a Hyper-AI environment built on non-linear growth and continuous reinvention. They are not looking for a steady-state facilities manager; they want a strategic architect who will redesign delivery around automation, AI and a value-based commercial model — a partner who can match their ambition.

About the Platform
Our client is a global leader in real estate and integrated workplace services, operating across more than 80 countries. Their occupier division brings together facilities management, projects, transactions, portfolio strategy and workplace experience into a single, integrated solution for corporate clients. The Regional Account Director sits at the head of this delivery — accountable for client satisfaction, growth and operational excellence across the region.
The End Customer (Confidential)
A major global technology company with a large, complex APAC portfolio operating on a second-generation outsource model. Their environment demands a Customer Zero mindset — being first to deploy frontier AI in the real-estate and facilities space — and a partnership built on measurable value rather than service volume. The full identities of both our client and the end customer, along with package and process timeline, are shared with shortlisted candidates under NDA.
The Mandate
Be the face of our client on the account and the architect of its future. The role blends commercial ownership, client intimacy and relentless transformation:
- Strategy & account management — own the account plan and align it to the client's OKRs; be accountable for the profit, loss and growth of the account across the region.
- Client relationship — translate evolving client needs into innovative initiatives; balance the interests of client and firm; challenge constructively, backed by data.
- Transformation & innovation — drive an ever-on transformation agenda; architect AI-driven solutions and annual workflow-redesign cycles that decouple productivity from headcount.
- Commercial excellence — design and run a gain-share commercial construct; work with Commercial Excellence on margin and value; uncover and convert growth.
- Lead & deliver — build a high-performing, lean, AI-native team; realise the transformation programme on time; exceed the desired outcomes every year.
Key Responsibilities
Account & commercial
- Achieve agreed financial targets — revenue, expenses, debtors and growth — and lead budgets and forecasts.
- Find cross-sell opportunities and convert account growth with the account and sales teams.
- Ensure adherence to contract requirements, KPIs and SLAs; mitigate CPI/KPI liability.
Operations & people
- Provide management oversight of all resources delivering services; simplify, standardise and automate processes.
- Drive regional consistency in reporting, SOPs, systems and HR practices; run Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Develop direct reports, build a succession plan, and create a culture of belonging and high performance.
Knowledge & innovation
- Source and implement best practice from outside-in; keep pace with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Commercialise successes and maintain positive momentum with the client and internally.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience
- 15+ years in real estate, with strength in facilities account management; ideally employee-experience and sustainability focus.
- Has run complex account structures — multiple teams, disciplines, locations and countries — and managed complex P&Ls.
- Track record of year-on-year growth through new services/products, and of growing talent and teams.
- Comfortable handling client and firm sensitivities — knowing when to escalate and how to de-escalate.

- Leverages data & AI — architects AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows for exponential productivity gains.
