Community Access Unlimited is seeking a skilled, motivated leader to oversee the success and development of our residential programs supporting individuals with disabilities. 🔍 General Description

As a Residential Senior Director, you will be responsible for the administrative oversight of two assigned residential programs. This includes staff supervision and development, program administration, quality assurance, and accurate weekly scheduling of staff, members, and programs.

🎓 Education / Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ experience working with people with disabilities

  • At least two years of supervisory experience

  • High school diploma required

  • BA/BS in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

đź“‹ Key Responsibilities

  • Complete staff scheduled to ensure coverage
  • Maintain compliance with funding source contracts

  • 24/7 on-call responsibilities for program emergencies
  • Maintain high levels of service and quality across programs that ensures members’ health, safety, and well-being

  • Provides training to staff on agency policies and procedures

  • Ensure sound financial management of programs

  • Ensure members have access to employment and recreation to promote community engagements

  • Oversee development and implementation of ISPs

  • Ensure compliance with all licensing standards, inspections, and reviews

  • Cooperate with internal and external inspections/investigations

  • Ensure all background checks and screenings are completed and compliant

  • Perform other duties as assigned

⏰ Schedule

  • Minimum 40 hours/week required

  • Flexible Monday – Friday shifts

  • Must be available for at least 20 hours after 3PM weekly, one 12pm-8pm shift, one 3pm-11pm shift as coverage at a minimum, and one weekend day per month

  • Additional hours as needed to get the job done
