Position Overview

XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Mobile Network & Fixed Network to lead end-to-end delivery of telecom infrastructure projects across mobile and fixed network domains. The role involves planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects while ensuring compliance with telecom standards, timelines, and client requirements.

The Project Manager will coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment of network solutions including fiber, LTE/5G, transmission, and fixed broadband systems.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and manage mobile and fixed network projects from initiation to closure
• 
  Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• 
  Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external vendors/contractors
• 
  Ensure deployment of telecom infrastructure (fiber optics, BTS, FTTH, transmission systems, etc.)
• 
  Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope, cost, and schedule
• 
  Manage project risks, issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• 
  Ensure compliance with UAE telecom regulations and client technical standards
• 
  Conduct site surveys, progress meetings, and technical reviews
• 
  Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders
• 
  Manage stakeholder communication and client relationship effectively
• 
  Ensure quality assurance and handover of completed projects

Job Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• 
  5–10 years of experience in telecom project management (mobile & fixed networks)
• 
  Strong knowledge of telecom technologies (LTE, 5G, FTTH, GPON, microwave, fiber optics)
• 
  Proven experience in managing large-scale telecom infrastructure projects
• 
  Familiarity with UAE telecom operators and regulatory standards
• 
  Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills
• 
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• 
  Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• 
  Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
• 
  Experience working with telecom vendors or operators in the UAE/GCC region
• 
  Strong understanding of network rollout processes and site acquisition
• 
  Technical background in mobile network optimization or fixed network deployment
• 
  Experience in both greenfield and brownfield telecom projects
