Your Role in VT Markets
We’re looking for a Partnerships Specialist to cultivate and grow strategic relationships across creators, influencers, and key communities. This role will lead impactful collaborations that build strong brand ecosystems, drive audience engagement, and contribute directly to business growth and revenue.
Responsibilities
Identify, source, and onboard relevant influencers, and affiliate partners aligned with brand objectives
Build and manage long-term partnerships that grow reach, engagement, and loyal brand communities
Plan and execute influencer and affiliate campaigns with clear KPIs focused on ROI, conversions, and sales growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner-generated content aligns with brand identity and current trends
Support growth through partner-led initiatives, including product promotion, landing page optimization inputs, and performance reporting
Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance using analytics and attribution tools
Continuously optimize partnerships based on data insights, content performance, and audience response
Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, platform changes, and emerging creator formats
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in public relations, media relations, brand partnerships, influencer/KOL management, or strategic partnerships
Demonstrated exposure to managing external stakeholders including media partners, agencies, creators, and brand collaborators
Strong understanding of brand positioning, partnership frameworks, and integrated marketing communications
Familiarity with digital platforms, creator ecosystems, and partnership-driven brand initiatives
Proven ability to support partnership campaigns, sponsorships, PR activations, or brand collaborations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities simultaneously
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to review partnership performance and engagement metrics
