Job Description

• Come out with social media campaigns and manage social media accounts such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu and other related social media accounts.
• Managing the company's social media channels and website, including creating and scheduling engaging, relevant, and creative content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Monitor, measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and new digital technologies.
• Monitors online conversations and consumer comments, including competitors to identify any latest trends, best digital practices, new business opportunities, or improvement.
• Work closely and brainstorm the latest social media best practices and come up with out-of-the-box campaigns.
• Content planning including topic selection, planning, script, execution, etc., and cooperating with photographers and designers to complete content production.
• Analyses social media presences, including digital advertising spent, and consumer feedback to provide report on performance and recommendation.
• In charge of the formulation of media buy plans, and communicate & liaise with agencies to implement monthly media buy plans.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, MassComm, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business Management and related field.
• Have experience managing cosmetics & skincare beauty brands social media pages.
• Good time management
• Heavy users of social media, possess excellent & creative copywriting skills, always keeping track of the latest social media trends.
• High creativity in social media activity planning.
• Familiar with the rules of each platform and have certain data analysis capabilities.
