Your future role on our team As a business development (BD) and marketing Advisor, you’ll play a key role in our pursuit and sales operations, keeping our tools and content current, our proposals moving and our pipeline strong. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who’s resourceful, organized and takes real pride in producing work that looks as good as it performs. Coordinate and help produce pitch decks and sales materials, supporting the production process and coordinating reviews to meet deadlines Maintain and update our content management platforms, including project sheets, bios and proof points, keeping everything current, accurate and easy to find Help develop proposals and RFP responses by contributing key sections, coordinating inputs from subject matter experts and ensuring content is complete and submission requirements are met Produce and format visually compelling content using Canva and Office 365, including presentations, one-pagers and interactive visuals Manage and organize content in SharePoint and Loopio, ensuring materials are structured, tagged and ready to deploy Liaise with and support internal stakeholders by gathering content, tracking inputs and following up, as needed, and flagging delays to keep pursuit timelines on track Do your qualities and values match our corporate culture?
